Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL .
Responsibilities :
• Plans, directs and coordinates activities for USRRI Transformation Project deliverables to ensure that goals and objectives of those projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget.
• Understanding of Regulatory reports, including CCAR (FR Y-14).
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the Regulatory Implementation requirement.
• Create and develop BRDs, ECRs, documentations, metrics, KPI and project plan to track project milestones, UAT and implementation deliverables
• Create test plans and test cases.
• Execute the UAT test plans within delegated time- Produce high-quality documentation that meets auditable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Work closely with end-users during the UAT phase of the project.
• Assist in training users on new RegInsight functionality.
• A strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Understand data flow end to end.
• Excellent analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
Required Skills :
• Experience in banking, finance industry 10+ years.
• Project Management skills and exposure to IT systems development lifecycle is required.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Needs excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, SQL required.
• Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.
• Must have good organizational skills, be analytical, and be able to interact with all levels of management.
Preferred Skills :
• Exposure to firm's proprietary Finance and Risk reporting data flows and franchise systems is highly preferred.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information System or equivalent preferred.
