MANAGER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - REVENUE CYCLE APPS Leadership Hours: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM Days - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-79 - 46014A
Job Summary Manages the department#s activities and resources with other members of IT Leadership in alignment with the overall objectives of the organization. # Job Responsibilities Plans, designs, and coordinates IT related projects, as well as provides direction and support for daily operational activities of their team. Works with stakeholders to define IT requirements and helps identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support efficient and effective IT solutions and services. Develops and implements department goals, plans, and standards consistent with the administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization. Prioritizes and executes tasks, assigns and schedules workloads, and monitors quantity and quality of work. Works to continually improve departmental operations, including tools and skillsets. Helps define and implement IT best practices. Assists with the preparation of IT budgets and ensures that IT operates in compliance with allocated funding Manages the handling and resolution of IT issues and complaints. Performs ##hands-on## staff duties as required to meet required IT service levels. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, orientation, continuing education, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in Information Technology required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of 4 years# relevant experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
