ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE Business & Information Technology Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 Day Shift - Full Time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: NE N22 - 19.6500 - 24.6500
Position Highlights: This position is considered a #mobile# remote role with the understanding that the associate would be on campus (in Tampa) as needed for client engagements and facilitations. This entry-level position exists to assist and collaborate with the organizational development consulting group to provide organizational development support to the OD team and the organization in a variety of ways including: Providing organizational development insights on issues that impact the ability of team members to achieve the Center#s strategic goals and on key transformation projects. Providing support for developing people, systems, work processes and work environment to drive business results. Designing, developing, facilitating and evaluating professional development programs, resources and tools. Using Organizational Development methods, procedures, and tools to recommend, develop and implement solutions for the organization. # The Ideal Candidate: Preferred # Internship in Organizational Development and one (1) year experience in an Organizational Development role. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Experience conducting and using data analyses to make decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.# # Responsibilities: Plan, collect, and analyze data to assist team and organization to make data-driven decisions. Provide leader onboarding support. Create/facilitate training sessions. Provide leader support. Assist with adding resources and content to the OD website and learning center. Provide support on OD initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Credentials and Qualifications: Bachelor#s degree in Organizational Development (OD), I/O psychology, Leadership, or Human Resources required. Must have knowledge of OD theories and understanding of application of OD practices and tools. Ability to create curriculum, train and present Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels within the organization Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
