Total Rewards Analyst
GTE Financial is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst. This position is part of the Talent Administration team involved in the execution and administration of the credit unions total reward programs. You will play a vital role in supporting our Total Rewards team with compensation and benefits analysis, benefit and leave administration, as well, as supporting payroll administration. Manages internal client activities and on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain employees, and ensure quality service. What you will do ...
Total Rewards:
• Knowledgeable of the organization's Total Reward program to support management with data analytics aligned to organizational objectives.
• Complete market salary surveys, compile and analyze results, and review for potential changes.
• Maintain updated salary administration guidelines, policies, salary ranges and other compensation tools.
• Evaluate new and existing jobs to determine FLSA status, job levels and compensation ranges.
• Gathers and analyses data providing relevant information/recommendations to HR/management.
• Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
• Conducts audits and analyses as needed to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Conducts analyses for a broad range of ad hoc compensation projects.
• Maintains and troubleshoots configuration set-up of company benefit program in Workday.
• Manage projects, training and activities related to employee benefits.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement of benefit plans, including benefit renewal negotiations, work experience offerings, etc.
• Develop activities to engage employees in wellness activities.
• Day-to-day contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to include benefits, compensation, performance, recognition and wellness programs.
• Responsible for the administration of FMLA, STD, LTD leave of absence, and time tracking and requests.
• Assists with resolution of employee issues pertaining to benefits, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and disability accommodations.
• Acts as liaison with financial centers and Headquarter office to facilitate resolution of issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety.
• Assist with data reporting on organizations performance reviews.
• Reconciles benefits invoices on a monthly basis.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local, state, and federal laws to clients to maintain compliance.
• Acts as Total Reward ambassador at employee events, meetings, new staff orientation.
• Perform complete biweekly payroll audits
What we are Looking for ...
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field preferred
• Minimum 4-6 experience working in benefit and compensation administration.
• Minimum 3 years current Workday experience with benefit and compensation configuration required.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• FMLA, leave of absence, and/or benefit administration prior experience strongly preferred.
• Skill to work independently, and use discretion in decision making in problem solving
• Very detailed oriented
• Strong administrative and data management skills. You enjoy working with details
• Excellent customer service skills.

Position Details:
• Location: Downtown Tampa - GTE Headquarters
• Department Hours: Monday- Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
Required for Remote Work :
• A quiet workplace so you can focus on delivering excellent service to our members.
• Must live in a location that can leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
• Minimum upload speed 5 MB/s, preferred upload speed 25 MB/s
• Minimum download speed 25 MB/s, preferred download speed 50 MB/s
• Candidates must provide and meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training.
• Candidates must live within driving distance of the office location and be able to regularly commute to and from the office location as needed.
