Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Storage Engineer in Tampa, FL. Daily Responsibilities:
• Check backups, make sure no failures, if there is a failure, check in what happened
• Storage space - make sure none are low on space, with monitoring tools, restores for users, replicated new machines; A lot of monitoring, the environment is very stable
• VMware & managing storage and if they have NetApp experience, fiber channel, luns and san would be perfect candidate
• In charge of backup systems, pretty generic; NetBack up would be great; Veem/Rumbric = enterprise solution is ideal
