Executive Desktop Support Lead

Job purpose:
This individual will give concierge style Desktop Support service for the CEO along with 5 other high-level executives that all sit onsite. This is a large scale, all Azure, Microsoft 365 environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service along with technical knowledge/ experience supporting a wide range of Microsoft products (Tier 2/3 Desktop Support Specialist that is hands-on and able to preform triage, troubleshoot and remediation). This individual will also need to have flexibility to provide support outside of normal business hours when needed
Must haves:
• Someone who is well versed in speaking with Executive C-Suite leaders and their admins.
• Technical skills and able to handle these high touch individuals
• Experience with Tier 2/3 Desktop Support and able to troubleshoot a wide variety of tickets for various products
• Ability to build strong relationships with executives
• Outstanding customer service skills and excellent soft skills
Nice to have:
• Previous experience with basic video conference support
