Procurement and Invoice Administration Manager

U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Invoice Administration Manager with vendor relationship and extensive invoicing experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsible for leading a team of Technology & Operations Services Invoicing resources to review, analyze, and audit invoices for telecom and network related services, hardware, software, and maintenance. Manages the daily processing of invoices: receipt, coding, auditing, approval, and submission to Accounts Payable for remittance. Ensures processes are documented and followed and initiates process improvements. Maintains positive relationships with vendors and monitors outstanding vendor receivables. Manages a small staff of employees including employee relations, performance, reviews, approving employee time records, work assignments, vacations, sick pay, etc. Helps to plan, develop, and control small to moderate project/product budgets.
