The responsibility of the IPB U.S. Account Maintenance Associate is to ensure completion of client non-financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner, increase client satisfaction by providing high quality service, and support the quality initiative by reducing transaction defects and cycle time and delivering on our promise to our clients within the unit and across the business.
Each associate is responsible for having knowledge of performing more than one function within their assigned area and is responsible for tracking their individual MIS and case assignment. The maintenances require update of the banking platform, the KYC platform and the Investment platform to ensure data synchronization If any clarification is needed with these procedures and/or policies. It is the responsibility of the processor to analyze and investigate any discrepancies before escalating to management and some of the maintenances require update to the banking platform, the KYC platform and the Investment platform to ensure data synchronization.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English Spanish preferred.
• Candidate must have 2-5 years prior banking, customer service or accounting experience.
• Analytical skills (Assessment/ Decision Making/ Problem Solving).
• Flexibility/ Orientation to Change.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Communication Skills.
• Quality Orientation/ Attention to Detail.
• Team-oriented/ Team player.
•  Positive attitude, Customer oriented.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Windows
