Overview of the Telesales Agent
The Telesales Agent is responsible for selling Primo Water North America products and services to potential customers. The ideal Telesales representative is someone who has a friendly, positive attitude that conveys confidence through conversation and rapport building with customers. As someone who enjoys being in control of their financial destiny, this individual will be reliable, focused on achieving individual and company goals. Being highly motivated to make sales, this person is persistent and persuasive, but patient as some customers require trustworthy relationship building and follow-up conversations to close a sale. Through their consultative sales approach, they are creative with their approach to offer products, are quick thinkers when asked difficult questions and can utilize the tools at their disposal to obtain an answer. As part of a team, this person recognizes the value of knowledge sharing and thrives in a collaborative environment. When the opportunity is presented, this individual is open to feedback as they are always striving for success, personal growth and development. Beyond that, this individual is also a self-starter, able to multitask, adapt to any situation and is always in search of opportunities to generate new sales.
The ideal candidate:
• Communicates with potential customers by phone and electronically to solicit orders and quote prices to persuade customers to buy Primo Water products and services.
• Employs consultative selling techniques in order to properly identify customer’s needs.
• Follows up with prospective customers that expressed interest during initial contact.
• Upsells and/or cross-sells products and services to customers.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and records necessary customer sales information at time of the sale.
• Meets or exceeds corporate sales objectives through interviewing and identifying customer needs to proactively offer Primo Water products and services.
• Checks inventory to ensure items are in stock and available for delivery.
· Provides feedback to management concerning possible problems and areas of improvement .
Requirements :
•    Effective communication, both written and oral.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Understanding of customer service centers operations and work flows.
• Ability to type 25 WPM
• Availability to work 12pm – 9pm shift
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Bilingual preferred.
