We are seeking an IT Specialist that is a responsive, highly productive professional to join our IT Technical Services Team. Our Team supports users that are working virtually across multiple locations. Daily duties include but are not limited to repair, implementation, and provision of hardware and software, with short turnover on daily support tickets.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, images and repairs laptops and peripherals on an ongoing basis
• Administer network and data security, including active directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
• User administration on a variety of cloud-based applications (Microsoft Azure and Office 365, Salesforce, etc.)
• Provide tier 1-2 support to users, through working in IT requests system
• Maintain asset management from procurement to stock, imaging, deployment, refresh and disposal.
• Participate in various projects to improve overall user experience
• Assist with daily operations of the IT department
• On-call rotation
Skills & Requirements:
• General Certification of Secondary Education
• Industry certifications is a plus (Microsoft, CompTIA, Dell, etc.)
• 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology
• Previous experience creating, managing, deploying system images.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
• Knowledge of Windows 10 pro and enterprise edition, Windows server 2013/2016 and Mac OS
• Microsoft office suite support: Office 365 E3, 2016, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Skype for Business
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Dell hardware technology and concepts
