JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the supervisor for the registration agents and outside services responsible for all reservations, phone calls, questions and check-ins for guests while assisting at all levels of campground interaction.
• Follows and leads by example the core values of Lazydays
• Assist the Resort Manager with the supervision of Outside Services Staff and Front Desk Agents
• Explain all amenities and offer additional assistance to guests.
• Assist with Monthly Program /Packet .
• Resort Reservation Trainer.
• Handles cash drawer and daily deposits .
• Assists with Resorts Communications
• Work with customers in all aspects of the company.
• Assist with resort , rallies, activities and functions.
• Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures
• Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
• Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
• Encourage customers to utilize service options.
• Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
• Maintains , cleans and supervises golf cart rental program and maintenance .
• Protect company assets through adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and orders office supplies
• Drive and operate vehicles
• Acts as MOD when necessary
• Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner /supervises phone standards
• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required
• Attend all required training and company meetings
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Two years’ customer service experience
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
