This position is a direct hire or contract-to-permanent opening with our client located in the Tampa Bay area. The position can be remote but will require a few days onsite per month. The client is a global leader within a luxury retail industry. The client is looking for someone with a strong MarTech background who is growth oriented and able to lead the digital capabilities of the team.
OVERVIEW:
The position of the Marketing Technology Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our utilization of marketing technologies and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. They will have a strong grasp of current marketing technologies and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This person will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities and Results:
• Leads the digital capabilities of the marketing team, providing expertise and insight, for all digital initiatives to optimize user experience and drive contact conversion
• Manages, leads and oversees the Digital Team and the practices, processes and technologies to ensure a best-in-class integrated digital department
• Owns andlLeads the company's MarTech stack, including the technical systems, operational and marketing processes that create user and business value, in order to clearly communicate and drive the desired outcome of MarTech product work
• Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and measure the effectiveness and results of executed campaigns
• Understands customer experience to ensure that our marketing technology and offerings improve that experience
Skills & Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics
• Management/leadership experience is required
• 5+ Years of experience in CRM database management or product management, retail experience preferred
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in Hubspot, CMS Platforms (Sitecore), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads manager
• Extensive Google Analytics Experience
