Responsibilities As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for defining and leading the execution of Humanas Clinical Omni Care and Caregiver product strategies, product management and product roadmaps. Working closely with the Associate Vice President of Product Management, Chronic Cohorts and Behavioral Health you will drive the development of strategic, high-performing transformational clinical products with an opportunity to lead and develop a product team in the future. The ideal candidate has significant experience launching clinical products and leading highly cross-functional teams to create meaningful health care experiences. Key Responsibilities + Accountable for strategic product planning and establishing a shared vision for assigned + Makes decisions on all aspects of the assigned products including managing the full end-to-end product lifecycle, user and buyer experiences, development and execution and for ensuring the investment and performance are consistent with customer needs. + In collaboration with other product and clinical leaders, accountable for defining and leading the execution of roadmap for a unified customer experience across our applications and services. + Partners closely with operations, vendors, customer success teams and/or enterprise teams, to drive the development and engagement of products, including test and learns, that deliver both clinical outcomes and financial outcomes. + Build and manage a high-performing team with product performance and growth + Serve as the focal point for leadership with internal partners making key strategic product and positioning decisions + Accountable for budget, scope, prioritization and execution for the assigned product lines + Validates new market opportunities, assesses client needs and build ROI driven business plans. + Collaborates with other product leaders to seek new opportunities to monetize our distinctive competence. + Analyzes product performance and provides strategic recommendations including when to discontinue investment into capabilities and user experiences, as part of lifecycle management + Define and analyze the core metrics that will inform the success of products. Responsible for reporting on product-level outcomes: uptake, consumer engagement, clinical impact Role Essentials + 8+ years in product management + 2+ years of leading and developing associates + Proven record in developing digital clinical product strategies, vision and roadmap + Ability to drive significant transformation + Solid track record of driving solutions that achieved clinical and financial outcomes + Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity + Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of business leaders from operators, to physicians, to management + Both quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, with the ability to drive to trend identification and actionable insights + Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields Role Desirables + 3+ years of health care related experience + Telehealth/digital health product experience + Proven experience in developing and managing P&L and equivalent operational KPIs + Masters degree or MBA preferred Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
