Position Summary:BRP's Lead & Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing on-brand B2B and B2C demand generation activities that bring in a steady flow of qualified leads with a high ROI. Activities include using multi-channel approaches to reach our firms' target audiences with the goal of feeding our pipeline; nurturing prospects to the next stage of the funnel; and cross selling current clients.The successful candidate in this role will be:* Experienced in building segmented approaches for ecommerce and B2B lead generation funnels.* A multi-tasker who is both metric driven and creative.* Passionate about taking calculated risks to drive a high ROI.* A clear and compelling communicator, able to write on-brand copy with ease.* A team player, excited to build our demand and lead generations programs from the ground up.Day to day responsibilities include:* Create and manage online/offline demand generation tools and campaigns.* Effectively use marketing automation tools to increase the scale of our demand generation programs.* Define and segment audiences determine appropriate outreach strategies.* Create and manage effective demand generation campaigns and content for sales enablement, marketing, and channel marketing across all platforms.* Use control group testing and iterative approaches to continuously strengthen lead building and client acquisition activities.* Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to define and achieve organizational demand gen goals.* Create visibility of campaign metrics and ROI through reports to communicate target goals and current results to the team.* Manage PPC, SEM, list purchases and social media lead generation.* Manage and drive key business metrics including sales leads, MQLs, SQLs and other list-building and sales analytics.* Present reports and forecasts to senior management.* Strategic management of demand generation budgets.Requirements:* 5+ years marketing experience and 3 years+ of demand generation experience.* Insurance or financial services industry experience a plus!* Proven experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns that align with the sales process.* Demonstrated success in driving marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing and execution.* Experience managing budgets and processes.* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite, SEMRush, GroundTruth, and ZoomInfo* Experience using and tracking leads in a CRM and analyzing data using business analytics tools.* Advance skills in email marketing, website marketing, SEO, PPC, retargeting, social marketing and direct mail.* Experience managing lead nurturing and lead scoring, list management, segmentation, targeting, de-duplication and cleansing.* Analytical skills with the ability to assess and extract meaning from data and use this to optimize team actions and provide clarity for firm forecasts.* Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to think strategically and execute strategic action.* Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to collaborate/present to all levels of leadership.* Team-player and self-motivator with the ability to get the job done.* Passionate about working in an environment driven by creativity, collaboration, innovation and fun!
