The Manager, Partner Success is responsible for the oversight and setting the direction of the ABILITY Partner Success team. This position will have accountability for executing on the joint strategy, with the Partner Sales team, regarding implementations, relationship management, operational and technical support and driving additional revenue growth for ABILITY's partner clients.
This individual will lead the Partner Success team and collaborate with the Senior Director, Account Management to establish the team structure, operational processes and metrics to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing performance of software products/services utilized by our partners.
The Manager, Partner Success will also ensure that key accounts receive the right level of strategic and tactical oversight to impact retention and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate the functions of the Partner Success team, ensuring processes and procedures are working and goals are established and being met;
• Organize and implement strategic account planning processes to engage with the client at senior levels, identify opportunities and challenges faced by the client, recognize those initiatives that solve our mutual business objectives, identify and deploy resources to address the objectives, and track our performance;
• Work closely with executives at the partner to influence strategies for additional client acquisition, payment volume growth and adoption of value-added services that drive the partner's key priorities;
• Prepares reports for Senior Director, Account Management to show KPI's against strategic initiatives and monitor and report on revenue increases, usage, billing timeframe and attrition;
• Keeps management informed of any issues and/or concerns affecting partners s
• Works with Strategic Partner Management to define new processes, or handoffs to support partners;
• Manage internal and external resources on behalf of ABILITY to meet partner needs and assure partner satisfaction;
• Escalation point for resolution of partner issues regarding sales and service;
• Assess marketing potential of existing partners, considering statistics and expenditures;
• Prepare sales information for partners;
• Assist with projects taking into consideration delivery dates for implementation;
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing strategic relationships with Vendor, Payer or Partner Accounts or similar role;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in progressive management roles;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail;
• Some leadership/management experience;
• Strong technical skills, computer knowledge and workforce management experience; and
• Must be reliable and self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time) Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
• Travel for this position will include less than 15%.
