Job Description
Assist, support and assign loans to loan officers in the branch
Will support a team of 6 loan officers
Set up incoming loans into system
Verify loan eligibility
catch red flags and collect missing/needed information on loan applications
Compare information across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
Send FedEx packages to realtors and other internal employees
Send thank you letters to customers
Work in Excel daily and create/manipulate spreadsheets (formulas, color coding, some pivot tables and other functions)
Enter data into multiple systems
Write emails to internal executive level employees as well as loan officers
