Job Duties:
·         Mange daily and monthly accounting function.
o   AP/AR
o   Month-end close
o   Job costing
o   Bank reconciliation
·         Payroll
o   Weekly for 50 employees
o   Garnishments, taxes etc. . .
·         Benefits
o   Maintain insurance benefits information
o   Review and manage new hire documentation
Requirements:
·         Bachelor's in accounting preferred
·         5+ years of QuickBooks experience
·         Ability to analyze data and financial documents
·         Self-starter and independent work habits
·         "can-do' attitude
