The Sr. Product Manager, Managed Services UCC is responsible for the definition, communication, and promotion of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all products within AVI-SPL’s Managed Services UCC Services Portfolio.    The Sr. Project Manager will work directly with the larger Service Product Management team to develop complex Service Programs leveraging both new product capabilities bundled with existing portfolio solutions to deliver unique and compelling end-to-end support solutions for strategic technologies.  The Sr. Product Manager will proactively engage AVI-SPL cross-functional Leadership to ensure alignment with Business Objectives, Partner Alliances, Software Development Strategy, Operational Readiness, Corporate Branding, and Sales in the development of product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
The Sr. Product Manager will work within AVI-SPL’s Product Development framework to specify market requirements, product requirements, launch plans as well as provide oversight to product release activities to ensure the completeness, quality, and timeliness of service product launches.    The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for the in-life management of existing service products including competitive analysis and product health KPI achievements such as revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction metrics.    The Sr. Product Manager will translate competitive intelligence and product health KPI results in proactive development plans to improve competitive positioning, delivery cost optimization, and market share capture as required.
The Sr. Product Manager will act as a primary Product evangelist promoting the service portfolio features and benefits to support sales and directly with customers as required.    The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for performing other duties as required to support the objectives of the organization or the Services Product team.
