The API Support team, part of the Treasury Services Solution Center, provides 24/7 technical support to corporate clients and internal partners utilizing various API based services for both transaction initiation and reporting, including the API Gateway, Real Time Payments, SEPA Instant, and JPMorgan Wallet.
As the API Support Manager - Vice President you will:
• Develop, coordinate, and deploy the API Service Model globally
• Coordinate business strategy and cross functional initiatives.
• Serve as high-level point of contact and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Serve as an escalation point of contact and incident manager for sensitive client issues or platform outages.  Working directly with the client(s) in some cases.
• Works closely with Dedicated Service, Product, and Technology partners.
• Track and report performance results against established metrics.
• Drive improvement in the overall client experience.

This position will require availability during off-hours to support unplanned outages and escalations requiring management attention.
