SALES REPRESENTATIVE - HOME CARE SERVICES Professional Non-Clinical Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM Days - Part-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-72 - 40082D
Job Summary Performs all functions for individual prospects including meeting monthly department and individual goals; handles prospective inquiries via phone, email, or in person, converts sales calls into scheduled tours, conducting effective tours, accountable for closing sales and effective follow-ups on all interactions with prospective customers. # Job Responsibilities Responsible for all new member intake, physician referrals, cancellations, and data entry including personal, medical, and financial information. Assembles and maintains member files ensuring converting sales calls into scheduled tours, conducting effective tours, accountability for closing sales, and effective follow-ups on all interactions with prospects. Responsible for timely account maintenance to meet monthly deadline in preparation for draft. Generates and ensures corporate member representative receive monthly utilization and spending reports. Assist with coordination of programs, member retention activities, and special events. Actively participates in the marketing and promotion of retail services. Assist with facility, physician, member, and prospect feedback identifying customer satisfaction and opportunities for program expansion and improvement. Provides follow-up to new members at 60-day and 90-day intervals. Ensures operational efficiency with Membership Services office staff including enforcing policies, handling inappropriate member behavior, and resolving issues. Involves appropriate member of management team for resolution and follow up. Works closely with Membership Services Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, and Business Services Specialists to develop and implement effective analysis of membership related data. Effectively communicates relevant information to staff and members as appropriate in timely manner. Develops and oversees E-newsletter for members. Qualifications High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire No experience required Driver - Valid driver#s license and 21 years of age required upon hire Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
