Pay: $10.00 /hour

Elwood is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Enjoy a comfortable life work balance of Monday through Friday of 8am
to 5pm with weekends off. Work in a office in a team environment. You
will start as a working interview while you get paid $10 per hour and
if your are the team member you will move to $12 per hour as the
Elwood Associate. Once hired on you will be eligible for other
opportunities.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES DETAILS:
• Manage inbound calls and walk-in customers
• Prepare quotes and sales orders
• Effectively communicate with customers
• Maintain database and update information
• Perform other related duties as assigned
CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
• Deals constructively with conflict and responds professionally
• Flexibility and ability to deal with high volume of tasks,
stressful situations
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and commitment to job
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
