Ajilon is looking for a talented Sourcer to join a great team in Downtown Tampa. This role will sit in office in Tampa. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for creating and implementing recruiting efforts through accepting and initiating contact with a wide variety of sourced candidate leads.
Responcibilites:
• High volume inbound and outbound call experinece preferred
• Follow up on leads generated through various creative recruiting activityp
• Utilize recruiting software tools provided to source, qualify candidates
• Maintain weekly reports for management on lead generation sources and hires
• Think creatively and create new lead generation sources
Skills/
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experienced in use of recruiting software/systems strongly preferred
• Familiarity and/or experience with job boards and/or career platforms
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
• Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
• Excellent time management skills and good business acumen
