North American Roofing is searching for a seasoned IT Support Tech. The successful candidate will have experience providing application and hardware support to both local and remote users. This position will report to the Information Technology Director and be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting of computer applications, hardware and peripherals. Additionally, this position will be responsible for administering user accounts and security information.
What We’ll Ask You To Do For Us In This Role:
• Setup, troubleshoot, and repair computers, peripherals and mobile devices for employees
• Must be able to operate the company IT helpdesk and track resolution of issues
• Mentor new users on proper use of IT equipment
• Perform various projects as assigned
• Contributes to maintaining inventory records and assists with hardware, software, and user audits
The Skills You’ll Need In This Role To Be Successful:
• Associates Degree in Information Systems or related degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience supporting an IT environment
• Support of MS-Windows and using Microsoft Products
• Office 365 Administration and Support
• Active Directory Administration
• PC/Laptop hardware support
• Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, SharePoint and SQL Server is a plus
• Experience supporting Apple iOS mobile devices in a Mobile Device Management Platform
• Friendly outgoing presence and helpful attitude; great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams
• CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications are a plus
