Hypori has an immediate need for a Tier 3 Support System Administrator to support our mission critical work for our government customers. The ideal candidate will possess experience in one or more areas of Information Technology (IT) such as networking, storage, virtualization, and/or system administration. The candidate will come with an eagerness to learn and grow and will be provided opportunities to get spun up with the specific technical skill needed. The candidate will join the Professional Services (PS) division of Hypori and work on multiple short-term projects for a diverse set of customers utilizing multiple technologies.
Location & Travel: This Tier 3 Support System Administrator position will be based out of Tampa Fl.

Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Make recommendations on software, hardware, cabling, and equipment for existing and/or new customer sites based on industry best practices and regulatory guidance
• Monitor and/or trouble shoot Data Center technologies in one (or more) of the following domains:
• Networking - Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Cisco ASA/NGFW, Palo Alto, IDS/IPS, DNS Servers - Dell, Nutanics
Operating Systems - Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Microsoft Windows Server
Virtualization - VMware (vSphere, vCenter, and NSX), Nutanix AHV Monitor, configure, and/or troubleshoot Enterprise Services in one (or more) of the following domains:
• Authentication - Active Directory, LDAP
• Audit - Syslog
• Security Management - AlienVault
• Patch Management - WSUS and YUM
• Health & Status - Zenoss, SolarWinds
• Extensive practical knowledge of DNS
• Data Protection
• Disaster Recovery
• Develop and update System Documentation
• At least 2 years of MSO experience required
• Maintain PKI Infrastructures, user/server certificates, Certificate Authority
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and medical assessment
• DoD 8570 Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CISSP, …)
• Must have minimum 5 years' experience with the supporting, installation, and/or operations of hardware and software technologies listed below
• Linux operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS)
• Virtualization technology system administration
• Experience with server technology including DRAC, BIOS, PXE, DNS, LDAP plus monitoring & debugging methods and technologies
• Experience with integration of servers with SANs and configuring network interfaces
• Familiarity with iOS and Android environments
