Ministry Brands is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team!

What you'll do
Client Onboarding Specialist – Protect My Ministry – Tampa, FL
• Process client signup tickets within 24 hours (excluding weekends) – not to exceed 72 hours
• Create positive, friendly, and helpful client interactions – Strive for exceeding expectations every time
• Respond to client ticket requests within 24 hours (excluding weekends)

• MUST love to talk on the phone and help clients
• Minimum High School graduate
• Possess a strong work ethic, professional attitude, and be dependable
• Have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
• Have excellent grammar, writing, and telephone skills
• Have a positive attitude and be respectful at all times
• Have strong leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow with the company
• Be a team player and be able to work independently
• Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Tech-savvy - well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers. MUST be comfortable moving between various systems and programs.
• MUST be patient and easy going
• MUST have strong time management skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Communicate via phone, email, and help desk with new and current clients, coach them on using their account, as well as informing clients of industry recommendations
• Follow processes and procedures to set up accounts
• Basic data entry skills - inputting data into multiple programs from client sign up forms
• Preferred - QuickBooks experience and prior phone-based customer support experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
