Job duties:
• Manages branch invoice email inboxes and uploads invoices into database as needed
• Review/Enters invoices into system on a daily basis while verifying pertinent information related to assigned purchase orders and proper general ledger coding.
• Reconciles vendor statements to open payable reports monthly
• Escalates information regarding past due invoices when required
• Creates, reviews and issues purchase orders on an as needed basis
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience in an accounts payable role
• Must have proven experience handling invoice volume of 100+ invoices daily or more
• Background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
• Accounts Payable: 3 years (Preferred)
