Role and Responsibilities
The IT Support Technician will primarily be focused on assisting the corporate users with troubleshooting of software and hardware-related issues, maintaining Office 365 environment, as well as assisting the Yardi Support Specialist with administration of the Yardi database.
Primary Functions:
Administration of the Office 365 environment, including user and group management
SharePoint administration, including the creation of new sites and updating current sites as needed
Provide end-user support for the corporate users in troubleshooting various software/hardware-related issues
Assist the Yardi Support Specialist with basic troubleshooting of Yardi-related issues/tickets.
User management within Yardi and its related products
Administration of the e-learning software, to include new courses or learning plans
Prepare and/or update documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures and processes
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred
1 year of IT help desk experience preferred
2-3 years of experience in Yardi Voyager and other Yardi products a plus
2-3 years of experience in the multifamily industry a plus

Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including the ability to provide technical assistance to complex compliance issues in a simple, straight forward manner
Self-starter and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to organize & prioritize assistance to others
Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with all levels within a company
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, team player
Ability to adapt to changes in structures and work priorities
Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and Yardi
