Pay: $14.00-$18.00/hourly
Type: Contract to Hire
Quantity: (2) different types of roles available
Fulfillment Specialist is $14-15 an hour M-F 8-5
HelpDesk Specialist is $17-$18 an hour and M-F 7-8

Job duties:
· Provide support related to mobile/wireless products
· Depending on your experience, you may be considered for more of an order tracking/shipping role monitoring the products
· Resolve tickets related to set up of mobile devices
· Assist with applications
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of six months’ experience working in a IT support environment – OR - Minimum of one years’ experience working in a shipping or mobile device support environment
• Business and Enterprise wireless carrier products/services background highly desired
