The Associate Product Developer supports the PD Team in all phases of product development.
• Build and maintain the Development Tracker
• Build and maintain BOM's
• Post TP's/Art/Comment sheets
• Receive and log in protos
• Review the proto against TP to assess quality of proot(with Sr's/Dev's)
• Set up seasonal comment sheets
• Daily communication w/cross-functional partners, regional hubs, and factories
• Work with Sr Developer/Developer to gather metrics and update presentation slides for weekly PD meetings
• Attends fittings and document notes in tracker
• Distribute mail to PD team

• Listens and actively asks questions to confirm understanding and avoid miscommunications
• Changes behavior in response to feedback and learns from experience
• Uses the calendar as a tool to set timelines and prioritize work
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3 years of related work experience
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills (AI program, MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Works well individually and as part of a team
• Must be adaptable to a fast-paced, process and deadline driven environment
• Product life cycle management experience preferred
