SUMMARY: This hourly paid position is responsible for assisting in the assignment of web-ups from the management dashboard in Motility and incoming emails.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Assist in the appropriate handling of assigning web-ups in order to obtain optimal sales results.
• Assist management in maintaining effective and efficient follow-up for all web-ups received.
• Attend meetings of the assigned sales teams.
• Work with the Sales Managers to assist them in creating a culture of accountability, including but not limited to, providing such reports as may be requested regarding progress.
• Attend all company required meetings
• Additional responsibilities as requested or required
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with others both individually and in a group setting
• Ability to train, assist and hold others accountable
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Availability to work in excess of 40 hours a week including nights and weekends with little to no advance notice.
• Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push and pull.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer, looking at a monitor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
EDUCATION:
• High School diploma or equivalent
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Accurate typing skills, 30 words per minute minimum.
• Knowledge of company software systems.
• Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
