Job Description:
• Supporting ICG Technology organization within the broader Institutional Clients Group line of business
• Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers.
• Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders; working closely with appropriate parties to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and sign off.
• Manage relationships with search firms/agencies, recruitment portals, etc and other organizations to effect timely and thorough sourcing of a high quality, diverse candidate pool.
• Formulate and Negotiate complex offers.
• Work closely with HR, Compensation, and Business Management partners
• Research competitive markets and peer organizations.
• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (ie any compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to.
• Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
• Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.
• Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years as a Professional/ Executive Recruiter specializing in Technical Recruiting
• Ability to manage high volume of requisitions
• Financial Services knowledge is highly desirable
Knowledge of complex compensation structures
• Knowledge of US/Canadian Immigration Law
• Familiarity with both search and direct hiring
• Extensive experience with advanced sourcing techniques
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive level clients.
• Exposure to specialist agencies and head hunters
• Familiarity with local employment laws
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Internet recruiting, etc
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
