RAS Crane, a prestigious multi-state firm which strictly represents mortgage lenders and servicers, is seeking experienced paralegals for our Tampa, FL office. Our firm provides services ranging from foreclosure, bankruptcy representation and evictions to REO closings and title insurance. We provide the highest quality representation available and continually strive to ensure that our interests are aligned with those of our clients.
RAS Crane is currently in the market for paralegals in the Tampa/Brandon area to work in-house with our client, a major financial institution, to research and respond to subpoenas (both civil and criminal) within our client’s work standards, as well as in accordance with federal and state law.
Responsibilities will include:
• Negotiating response scope with requesting parties
• Researching and compiling responsive data and documentation
• Drafting appropriate responses
• Transmitting the same to the subpoena requestor
• Working hand in hand with our client to ensure that a compliant response is sent within SLA
You will report directly to the Subpoena Practice’s Paralegal Supervisor. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
