Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Receptionist for a stable 30+ year company in North West Tampa, FL. If you are looking for an exciting new career opportunity and have experience providing administrative support, please apply.
Job title : Receptionist
Pay: $15hr -16hr (depends on experience)
Location: N.Tampa (Northdale/Carrollwood area)
This position is on-site
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Type : Contract-to-hire
Job Duties:
• Phones
• Files in network
• Mail, Prepare shipping packages (UPS)
• Ordering lunches for in house meetings (Sometimes pick up
• Assist marketing with proposals (Mostly data entry)
• Order and set up quarterly staff meeting lunches
• Greet vendors/clients at the door (we keep our door locked so you need to answer when the doorbell rings)
Experience:
• 2+ Years Administrative Experience
• Minimum of HSD
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (testing required)
• Customer Service Skills
Qualities/expectations:
• Friendly and clear phone voice
• Team player
• Knowledge of Microsoft, excel, word and Power point (need to test)
• Be pleasant and helpful to all staff
• Motivated
• Professional and Mature
