Roles and responsibilities of the positing include:
• Answering telephones, coordinating meetings & schedules
• Booking appointments
• Scanning and filing documents (electronically)
• Billing & invoicing
• Drafting letters
• Delivery of client documents
• Coordination with other staff on e-filing, IRS notices, etc.
• Light bookkeeping
Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience a plus. Flexible work schedule in off-season times (May - August, November - December)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We require all clients to wear a facemask or covering during meetings. We take temperature checks with a contactless thermometer before any in person meetings. Also sterilize the office after every client meeting. Have pre-meeting COVID questionnaire.
