Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of urgent field production issues that can adversely affect builder, subcontractor, and supplier customer satisfaction. Be accountable to field management for daily processing of urgent DL Schedule tasks for each assigned builder and community. Be professional in all aspects of personal and team job performance. Reports to Director of Construction.
Responsibilities
1) Organize and report timely processing of fill orders with field, estimating, and account managers.
2) Organize and report timely processing of EPOs with field, estimating, and account managers.
3) Organize and report new starts and POs with field, estimating, and account managers.
4) Organize and report fast tracking of PO adjustments with field, estimating, and account managers.
5) Organize the creation and approval of emergency fill orders with field and account managers.
6) Organize changes to lots responsibilities and correct DL Schedule templates with area managers.
7) Organize the creation and revision of forms in DL Schedule with area managers.
8) Organize, record, and implement safety protocols, safety manual updates and safety reports.
9) Organize, record, and report GPS tracking for Lulls and trucks.
10) Responsible for reach fork rentals, repairs, and assist with accounts payable for timely payments.
11) Participate in training and learning programs for personal and professional development.
12) Be professional, efficient, and responsive in communications with field management and supers.
13) Be professional, efficient, and responsive in communications with subcontractors.
14) Be accountable for daily attendance, personal days, vacations, and holidays.
15) Contribute to periodic performance reviews and embrace improvements.
16) This is a full-time position that requires a 40-hour work week.
Education and Professional Qualifications
1) High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2) Demonstrated aptitude for administrative, financial, and analytical tasks.
3) Strong knowledge of construction, estimating, QuickBooks and MS Office.
4) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
5) Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7) Professional business and relationship skills.
8) Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
