ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
• Collects orders from Shipping table
• Verifies File amount, weight, domestic or international for appropriate shipping method
• Records all international and overweight files on excel spreadsheet
• Places file into envelope
• Determines if enclosures are required and places in necessary files
• Ensures that all files have been scanned into database
• Places file in designated tub
• Audit international and overweight files
• Make corrections as necessary to any errors
• Willing to train and operate custom developed software and applications
• Audit mail tubs for accuracy and ensuring all files are accounted for
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualification and Skill Requirements
• Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable doing work, that may feel repetitive, for extended periods of time
• Ethical with a commitment to company values
• Computer proficient to include Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to respond positively and act with a sense of urgency to challenging work and deadlines
• Ethical with a commitment to comply with our 100% data integrity policy
Candidate MUST be able to pass the following in order to be considered:
• a criminal and a client-issued background check
• a drug test
• verification of US Citzenship
This opportunity is for a seasonal, Mon-Fri, 40 hour work week.
