There is an exciting opportunity that recently opened up for an acute care experienced Hospital Laboratory Services Manager. This Indiana Healthcare System provides coverage in multiple states and is looking to add a true professional to their expanding team.
This Hospital Laboratory Services Manager will join a 300+ acute care facility that is hope to a Level II Trauma Center. This hospital has been rooted in the Indiana community for than 100 years and continues to revamp itself by adding new state of the art technology every year. Continuing to lead the region in patient care scores, this Hospital offers a Rehabilitation hospital and Hospice Center right around the corner along with more than 10 other local facilities. An experienced Hospital Laboratory Services Manager will need to hit the ground running with this team as they will have complete oversight of the management of laboratory services. This includes all clinical, financial, operational and cross department initiatives. The ability to determine cost effectiveness long term and short term within the lab setting will be a key attribute for the Hospital Laboratory Services Manager. Reporting to the director of laboratory services the Hospital Laboratory Services Manager will need to collaborate to ensure that all state regulations are being met in preparation for Joint Commission surveys.
