Responsibilities for this Warehouse Production Supervisor job include:
• Train, supervise, evaluate and develop assigned employees including cross-training
• Maintain high safety standards and housekeeping in area of responsibility
• Maintain high production and quality standards while adhering to daily production schedule line-up to ensure a high level of customer service
• Maintain daily production records
• Coordinate machine maintenance and production schedule
Requirements:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to supervise and manage employees
• Computer literate
• Self Starter & Team Player
• High school diploma required, a college degree preferred
