Job Description
As a Bilingual Service Coordinator, you will be expected to coordinate transportation and translation services for worker's compensation patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers, and translators.
- Collecting and entering appointment information.
- Meeting production expectations.
Job Requirements
Candidates must work without immediate supervision, posses strong written/oral communication skills, and exhibit a willingness to work with all levels of employees. Exceptional critical thinking and organization skills are also required, as well as, the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Candidates must speak both Spanish and English fluently and navigate internet based programs effortlessly. Experience with ACD telephone lines as well as Microsoft Office are a plus.
