Greystone Healthcare Management has a unique opportunity for a Regional HR Consultant for our Home Health team. The Regional Human Resources Consultant serves as a business partner and is responsible for the overall management of the human resource systems and practices within an assigned region, providing counsel on procedure and policy interpretation; recruiting and retention strategies and employee relations issues, and Federal, state and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
• Must have a philosophy that is consistent with the Mission philosophy that is consistent with the Mission,
Vision and Core Values of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field. A minimum
of five years of progressive human resources experience with a strong background in employment and
selection, training, organization development, compensation, employee relations and employment law. A
minimum of one year of management experience required
• PHR or SPHR preferred
• Ability to partner with corporate, regional and local management teams; excellent communication
skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives; strong interpersonal,
persuasion and creative problems solving skills are required
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Understanding and proficiency with computer technology
• Ability to relate positively and favorably to employees, residents, families and to work cooperatively with
others
• Able to maintain regular attendance; exhibit positive and professional conduct
• Extensive travel is required
