Job Description Summary:
The Senior Systems Integration Analyst will be responsible for testing and deployment of new EMR vendor interfaces and e-prescribing vendor interfaces.  In addition, as additional functionality is added to our internal interfaces this position will lead the testing initiatives.
Location : Remote-work from home opportunity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Systems Integration Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interface Implementations – Hospice Clients
• Create, coordinate and manage hospice interface deployment plans.
• Provide ongoing status reports for deployment phases of all hospices.
• Provide post go-live monitoring and analysis for new client interface implementations.
• Collaborate with hospice client, vendor, and internal departments.
Interface Development – New Vendors
• Create, coordinate and manage the test plans for new vendors interfacing with Enclara.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all Enclara interface specification documents remain current to provide to new vendors as requested.
• Coordinate and Collaborate tasks as needed with the IT Development department based on the vendor’s ability/inability to support our specifications.
• Provide post go-live monitoring and analysis for new interface vendor deployments.
Interface Enhancements
• Work with department manager to strategize on enhancements to the interfaces.
• Work with other departments to coordinate testing of enhancements.
• Provide feedback on severity level of client facing issues and enhancements to alleviate pain points.
Documentation and Reporting Activities
• Maintain all interface information databases in SalesForce and other designated locations.
• Keep all active interface implementation cases up to date in SalesForce.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Provide ad hoc written or verbal status of critical issues to management.
• Create monthly transactions, status and trend analysis reports.
• Create reports in SalesForce to monitor interface activity with accounts.
Solution Creation
• Identify and address inefficiencies to streamline current operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop strategies to optimize SalesForce with respect to interfaced accounts, cases, and data.

Education and/or Experience:
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a systems integration expert.
Preferred Experience:
• At least two years of working with remote development teams.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a systems integration expert.
• At least two years of working with remote development teams.
Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Professional, Server 2000, and Server 2003
• Microsoft Remote Desktop, Computer Management, and Event Viewer
• Knowledge of XML, C#, HL7, SQL and .NET is a plus
• Symantec pcAnywhere or comparable remote control software
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
• Familiarity with relational databases
