We are conducting a search for a Manager of Transformation, Reporting and Analytics to join this quality team, responsible for overseeing process improvement initiatives.

Manager of Transformation, Reporting and Analytics of Finance Job Duties:
• Research, recommend and oversee financial systems process improvement initiatives
• Oversee analytics
• Oversee business process improvements
• Develop, train and mentor staff
• Project leadership and oversight of various projects
Manager of Transformation, Reporting and Analytics Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in a structured finance business process such as AR, Procurement, AP, etc.
• 5+ years of project management, PMP certification a plus
• Some business transformation/project-based experience
• Multi-site location experience preferred
• Leadership experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
