MSBI Lead
Location and Travel: Tampa, FL

Job Requirements:
1. Understand the client process and work efficiently to meet targets and delivering solutions for BI & Reporting suite of IT applications
2. Lead project implementations as Sr. Developer, including creating technical Design solutions, Code Development, support QA/UAT activities & Defect Remediation.
3. Work with business & analysts in understanding the functional and business requirements as a SME in multiple technical & functional areas.
4. Conducting design and code reviews with the Enterprise architect and development teams and getting the appropriate approvals to proceed further.
5. To prepare necessary documents for production readiness and get the approvals from change management board for production implementation.
6. Involved in production support activities, including resolving real time failures and critical business tickets.
Qualifications
1. The Business Intelligence (BI) developer with 9+ years of experience is responsible for building, implementing and supporting Microsoft BI solutions
2. The BI Developer should have a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and will have had in-depth experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS & Teradata).
3. Should have very good knowledge on Oracle and Teradata databases.
4. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing and deployment).
5. Should have good working background in health care domain , with excellent communicator
6. Experience in leading offshore team and working with BT and Business partners.
