As an Account Manager, you will build and grow strong relationships with our clients and provide exceptional customer service. Your success will be reflected in retaining clients and developing them into raging fans of Worth Insurance Group. This role requires the ability to manage a large number of accounts. You should be known for your attention to detail and be a stickler for accuracy. Candidates must be able to juggle competing priorities among clients, insurance carriers, and our own team. We are looking for a can-do mindset in the midst of multi-step processes and meticulous tasks. Finally, a Worth Insurance Group Account Manager is expected to conduct themselves and their business with an exceptionally high degree of integrity, representing the reputation and commitment of our company with the utmost care, doing what is right for us, but more importantly, right for our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the commercial renewals process of an advisor’s book of business
• Assist the advisor with onboarding new clients
• Serve as clients’ primary day-to-day contact
• Address incoming email & phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
• Process clients' requests (plan documents, amendments, etc.)
• Market new business and renewals; build a relationship with the carriers and remain knowledgeable of the carrier products
• Prepare client meeting documents and renewal proposals
• Verify quote and policy documents for accuracy
• Maintains and updates electronic and transactional files
The Ideal Candidate:
• Has a knack for communicating effectively with clients, team members and carriers
• Knows the ins and outs of Microsoft Office Suite products
• Is confident in establishing respected relationships, with a focus on confidentiality
• Catches on to new technology platforms with ease and is willing to put in the time to learn our industry-specific software tools to a level of expertise
• Has a strong aptitude for problem-solving, especially when it comes to math skills (discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and some geometry)
• Can handle conflicts, misunderstandings and frustrations with grace, while negotiating mutually beneficial solutions
• Finds great personal reward in delivering outstanding service to others.
Additional Considerations
The Account Manager will have a focus in the area of commercial insurance. The Account Manager must obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends and practices, as well as specific information related to carriers and products. The Account Manager will be required to obtain and maintain a license for the specific field working in. Experience demonstrating success in a similar customer service role and prior insurance experience is required.
