GuidePoint is looking for a Third Party Security Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance practice. The primary responsibilities of the analyst will be to perform those activities associated with collecting, validating, and assessing security questionnaires and other supporting evidence as part of the vendor assessment process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform vendor security assessment activities including:
• Work with clients to identify and onboard vendors to be assessed
• Work with vendor to collect requested assessment data
• Perform initial evaluation of vendor assessment artifacts including questionnaires and audit reports
• Communicate and track remediation plans
• Continuously monitor vendor's security posture and information security risk
• Prepare and review third party due diligence reports
Experience Requirements:
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of business operations experience
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and excellent time management skills
• Analytic mindset, with the ability to present written and verbal information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
• Demonstrated end-to-end responsibility for identification and mitigation of risks
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
