Delivery Manager is a key member of the KCS Inc. Success team. He/She will works directly with our clients to develop a deep understanding of their business and how that business drives their technology needs. Empowered with that understanding, Delivery Manager provides oversight and guidance within KCS Operations to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience with the technology solutions we provide. Delivery Manager assumes responsibility for the overall management of larger client contracts by taking responsibility for overall Contract management. They are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract adherence for assigned client contracts. KCS is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Delivery Manager to join our team at Tampa, FL location.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, lead, and coordinate operational projects and objectives.
• Responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships and will have a combination of new business development and existing business expansion responsibilities.
• Keeps current with industry trends, quality initiatives and technology developments
• Interacts with management throughout the Company.
• Interacts with other colleagues at all levels in the conduct of day-to-day activities.
• Commitment to the role with regular out of hours working coordinating with offshore team
• Understand need of multiple projects and communicate them divisionally and/or cross-divisionally
• Identify opportunities for improvements and address inefficiencies.
• Ability to travel. Travel expectation is light, about 5% - 15%.
• Education/Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the information technology field.
• Demonstrated ability of successfully leading complex IT projects and programs.
• Working experience on Microsoft Technologies ( .NET)
• 5 + years of experience with cloud experience- Preferably Azure
• 5 + years of experience with SDLC development
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to interface with all levels (executive to entry level).
• Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and personal interaction skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
