Responsibilities
•Use the CDT Checklist to disclose an accurate Loan Estimate to borrower on all Loan Applications within the allowed 3-day time period.
•Ensures cash/funds are processed and balanced accurately
•Ensures rejected and/or misapplied funds are identified, researched, and resolved in a timely manner according to department guidelines
•Must follow and meet all Regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
