The Senior MP Business Manager is responsible for the implementation of total quality, methods and procedures, and process programs for a business unit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads design and facilitation for quality communications plans in a fast paced environment. Delivers exciting, engaging communications that promote the AT&T brand. Writes, rewrites and or edits documents such as procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related publications to communicate clearly and effectively specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences. Seen as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a wide variety of topics. Will use a variety of creative systems to develop communications, including the use of HTML May work with Six Sigma certified professionals in accomplishing key projects. Plan, develops, and implements techniques to ensure quality levels are maintained in all communications. Collects data to identify root cause of problems and recommends and implements solutions. Monitors how communications are viewed and received, evaluates performance against requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Collaborates with business partners for process improvements, works in partnership to resolve quality and process problems. Assesses projects to analyze risks and costs and makes related recommendations to avoid jeopardizes. Delivers presentations to a diverse population of people on related topics. Surveys, analyzes and develops best practices for techniques and processes. Provides direction for defining process flows, business rules, and user requirements. May employ tools such as Six Sigma methodology to accomplish business objectives. Supervisory: No.
• Proven experience as an M&P Writer, migration to new systems etc.
• PowerPoint, Adobe and HTML (Coding).
• Crafting of engaging and branded communications.
