Admissions Coordinator
Status: Full Time
As Admissions Coordinator, you are a vital team member. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every new admission has a smooth and positive admission experience.
Duties:
• Ensures positive customer experience for potential and new residents and family members.
• Manages referrals from hospitals
• Helps admit new residents
• Answers phones
• Helps marketing director with some outside marketing
Qualifications:
• Admissions experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and part of an interdisciplinary team is mandatory
• Positive attitude and driven by desire to serve others.
