Graphic Design Intern Duties and Responsibilities
• Create and design print and digital marketing materials
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
• Edit, retouch and manipulate images
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Collaborate with the Graphics team to develop and execute design concepts
• Receive feedback from the Graphics team and make necessary changes
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
• Help coordinate and complete online store/group-buy campaigns
• Correspond and follow-up with vendors for online store and group-buy projects
• Support the online store with product descriptions and photo retouching when necessary
• Assist with shipping and minor clothing design
Requirements
• Graphic Design major preferred
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Microsoft Publisher and Libre Office preferred but not required
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
• 20 hours/week for 1 semester
